Extended Warranty

All Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions apply to the second and third year of ownership and take effect following the regular one year warranty period.

This online training is for any user looking to get started or gain a better understanding of how to use their ThoughTech biofeedback technology and BioGraph Infiniti software or developer tools .

All trainings are private and aim to meet the needs of the attendees. These online trainings teach the effective technical use of ThoughtTech biofeedback technology, with the goal of making beginners feel comfortable using the BioGraph Infiniti software with their hardware. Maximum allocated time is 6 hours split in allocated time slots.

The courses are appropriate for health practitioners, psychologists, medical doctors, therapists, clinicians, coaches, physiotherapists and researchers. The courses need to be scheduled in advance to accommodate time schedules of the customer and the trainer

The coverage includes:

Advance replacement of product – no two week downtime or loss of income to you. Without the Extended Warranty you would be required to ship your unit back, have it repaired and then shipped to you.

Free software updates and upgrades including updates and upgrades of ThoughtTech manufactured Suites that the owner of the Extended Warranty owns and has purchased at the time of purchasing the Extended Warranty and is released during the time period covered by the Extended Warranty.

No repair costs or shipping costs when we return the product to you. (International accounts excluded)

Hardware, accessories and disposables
  • Replacement or repair of unit(s), sensor(s), cable(s) and extender cable(s).
  • Replacement or repair of unit’s carrying case and accessories
  • Advance replacement in emergency situations.
Note: Vaginal and Rectal Sensors are not included under the Extended Warranty Program.

Frequently asked questions

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe as our billing management and payment gateway. The stripe system secures your cards, so Thought Tech can never see your card information. The Stripe system is certified at PCI level 1, the most stringent certification standard available for payment processors. Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your account settings page or by contacting the ThoughtTech. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will be able to access the service until the end of your current subscription period.

If I purchased a few years ago can I subscribe? 

Yes, you can subscribe as long as you have a serial number in which ThoughtTech can trace to a valid purchase.

What do I need to do to subscribe?

You shall provide the ThoughtTech with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.  A serial number of your system(s) unit(s) will also be requested.   Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Thought Tech will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Can I subscribe through my local dealer?

No, subscriptions are directly done with ThoughtTech as the service is provided directly from Thought Tech .

If I am located outside of North American, can I subscribe directly.
